WEEE Directive

ACT Meters branded products that are damaged, broken or have come to the end of their serviceable life can be returned to ACT Meters (UK) Ltd for disposal under the WEEE Directive. Test meters sent for calibration that are found to be faulty or beyond economical repair will be disposed of under the WEEE Directive on written authority from the customer.

RoHS Directive

Test and measuring equipment falls under category 9 (monitoring and control equipment) which is included in the RoHS 2011/65/EU Directive (RoHS Recast).

Filter and Suppressors are classified as a Component (or Subassembly) under the EU RoHS Directive [2011/65/EU].

All ACT Meters branded products are RoHS compliant and CE / UKCA marked as appropriate.
