Line Filters - A solution to prevent RFI false alarms on ID alarm systems
The ACT 4425 iD Line Filter is designed to connect between the blue and yellow data wires and the input terminals of the alarm control panel. The filter allows data to pass through normally but prevents RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) entering the control panel. The economically priced filter should be fitted to all iD systems, (especially on take-overs where existing wiring has been used) to prevent potential false alarms from occurring.
Terminal connections: Blue/Yellow iD line In, Blue/Yellow Out to panel.
